Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are not eligible to be refunded if you choose to return your item.
Returns
If you’re looking to return your order for any reason, we can accept your item back for a full refund.
To place your return, please send a message using our contact form with your order number or send an email to hello@ameivintage.com with your order number, item(s) being returned and a reason for your return.
We must be notified of any returns within 14 calendar days of your order being delivered. Please note all items must be returned to us in the original condition that they were sent in within 28 calendar days of receiving your order.
We are unfortunately unable to offer free returns at this time, therefore the return shipping cost must be covered by you. Please ensure your item is sent tracked as we cannot be held responsible for the loss of or damage to goods whilst in transit.
Refunds cover the cost of the item(s) only and not the original postage.
Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days.
Please note that signs of gentle wear are normal for vintage and pre-loved clothing and accessories, and we consider each item’s backstory as part of their charm. All of our hand-picked items are carefully inspected and any flaws will be noted in an item’s description.
